Univ.-Prof. Barbara Maier, MD, PhD

Obstetrics and Gynaecology

Barbara Maier is Head of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the Wilhelminen General Hospital of the Vienna Hospital Association.

She has many years of experience in obstetrics, especially in the management of risk-deliveries, e.g. breech deliveries, preterm deliveries, and multiples. She is specialized in care of risk pregnancies, like such of women with gestational diabetes, fetal growth reduction, special parturient women`s conditions.
